Not affiliated with any brand
Names of apps, games, websites, companies and organisations mentioned here are trademarks or names of their owners. They're mentioned only to describe them, so children and adults can recognise real situations. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Example messages, websites, phone numbers, usernames and accounts are made up for teaching. Phone numbers come from the range Ofcom keeps for drama and fiction. Any resemblance to a real person or account is unintended.
Copyright
© 2026 the owner of this website. The text, missions, puzzles, characters (Security Sam and Sly), artwork and code are original works. Please don't copy, republish or sell them without permission.
Parents, carers, schools and youth groups may print certificates, lesson sheets and answer keys for free, non-commercial use with the children and young people they look after.
Information, not advice
Everything here is general educational information about staying safe online. It isn't legal, financial or professional advice. Where laws are described, they're UK laws in general terms, and they can change.
If someone is in danger, call 999. Organisations such as Childline, CEOP and Report Fraud are named so people know where to find help; they run their own services, and we're not responsible for them.
Cookies
The game doesn't use cookies. Progress is saved in your browser's local storage so you can carry on later, which is strictly necessary for the game to work. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. See the privacy notice.
Accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Everything works with a keyboard, mouse or touch screen, buttons have labels for screen readers, every screen can be read aloud, animations calm down if your device asks for reduced motion, and lesson sheets print in black on white. The game works in any up-to-date web browser.
